Remote support is great way to quickly resolve small issues or to provide you with support in situations where an on-site visit is not possible.

Our remote support service provides you with ready access to our support team from your office, home or even on the road!

What is Remote Access? Remote Access allows our staff to see and interact with your computer as if they were in front your computer.

Is it secure? Yes, the solution we use only Remote Access to occur on a single basis for ad-hoc support. Business and server support solutions can be provided to enable remote management of your server and network using the same technologies, but on a more permanent basis without the need for you to be in front of the server!

Can others access my computer using this software? No, the connection is only a once off request between your computer and our staff, and you can disconnect remote users at any time.

What is installed onto my machine? The application is installed on your machine while we are providing support. You can leave it installed for further support requests once we have finished, or disable or even uninstall it once our work is completed!

What sorts of services can you provide remotely? As long as your Mac or PC can turn on and has an internet connection we can fix it.

What software do you use? We use a software solution from a company called LogMeIn. LogMeIn is a global leader in remote management software.
